Wholesale Information & Policies
 

Thank you for your interest in becoming a retailer of Candylights products! We appreciate your business and your 100% satisfaction is our utmost priority.

We are accepting wholesale customers who have an established store, either brick and mortar, online or both.  We do not allow resale of Candylights on Ebay or other auction sites unless they are being sold through your store at full retail value, and not listed as a "bidding" item.  Retailers must normally be involved in an appropriate retail/resale business to purchase at wholesale prices and must have a valid resale license or tax ID. Please read all policies prior to submitting your application.  By applying to become a retailer, you are stating that you've read and agree to abide by these policies. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept co-op orders or group buying.

Confidentiality: Candylights is committed to protecting  our customers information. Please be assured that all customer information provided to Candylights is kept confidential and will never be shared or sold under any circumstance. 
 
Minimum orders: To open your account, the minimum initial order is $75.  Subsequent orders have a minimum of $50.  All orders must be prepaid.  We accept Paypal and all major credit cards (through our Paypal interface).  You do not have to have an account with Paypal to purchase.

Secure Shopping: Our online store is completely secure.  All items shown on the wholesale section of our website are in stock and available for immediate shipment, unless otherwise noted. 

To shop, choose your item and quantity and add it to “Your Basket.” You are able to view your order at any time by clicking on the “Your Basket” button at the top right corner of each page.

Store Locator: Once your initial order is placed, your store information can be placed in our store locator. We will contact you via email to request authorization to list this information and confirm the necessary items needed for our locator.
 
Shipping: Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail both domestic and international.  We are not liable for the refund of shipping fees when delivery is in error or is late for reasons beyond our control. 

For international shipments, please note that we will not falsify the customs declarations forms.  Also, the shipping rate that you are charged on our website is a domestic rate.  International customers will receive a "request for payment" for additional international shipping charges.  Actual shipping charges will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for the receipt of international shipping.  We send our international packages via the least expensive method but if a customer wants tracking or insurance they need to request it from us and will be billed at the applicable rate.  If tracking or insurance is purchased and the package is not received we will assist in the tracking request but we will not be responsible for the receipt of the package.

Resale Pricing Policy:  We reserve the right to stop supplying products to any retailer who sells Candylights products for less than the MSRP listed on this website. 

Short term and infrequent sales are allowed provided they lower the price no more than 15% and have a specified end date.  If your sale is lower than this, we will email you and request that you bring your pricing up to the policy. 

Free shipping may be given at your own discretion.

Return Policy: Any item you buy may be returned to us within30 days from the purchase.   A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
Damaged/Defective Items:  If an item is damaged in transit, you have 7 days from receipt of merchandise to notify us.  We will replace the item at no charge to you and send an envelope for you to return the damaged item.
 
If items are defective (i.e. non-working lights) then they may be returned to us for replacement.  We inspect all items, but they may slip past us from time to time.  No refunds will be given for defects; only replacement.  Return shipping costs will be refunded once defective items are received at our offices.  Please contact us via email for an RMA Form.
 
Refunds and/or replacements will not be issued after 30 days of your receipt of merchandise.
 
Private Labelling:  Candylights products are NOT available for private labelling.  All product purchased must be sold under the Candylights brand name.   Product must be sold in the original packaging that it was received in.  Violating this term will automatically forfeit your ability to purchase further product.  In addition, online sales violations will result in abuse notifications sent directly to the respective online entities.
 
Use of Copyrighted Materials (Images and Text):  Unless otherwise noted, ALL original artwork, photographs, ad copy, and any other content of this website are ©2010 Candylights, Inc. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, copy, download, or distribute any content contained in this website without prior written authorization from Candylights, unless otherwise authorized by law.

All Candylights logos and artwork are the sole and intellectual property of Candylights, Inc. and its owners, and may not be reproduced without the owners express written permission. The design and/or layout of Candylights website may not be copied or imitated in part or in whole.

Current customers may use our copyrighted materials for promotion of the products we sell to you with the following conditions:

  • Your company or organization has purchased at least $50 of products from Candylights, Inc.
  • You do not alter or claim credit for the photos or other material.
  • The ad copy, if edited, does not convey our products in a negative or derogatory manner. 
 
We truly care about each of our retailers and your customers.  We want you to have the best experience possible with Candylights products.  Please kindly let us know if we've made a mistake on your order and we will do whatever we can to correct it.
